About the role
As we continue to grow and expand, the challenge to ensure a consistent, best practice customer experience is ever present, as is our quest to remain ahead of the innovation curve. Such is our commitment to these initiatives, we are seeking an experienced National Operations and Quality Manager to join the business.
This role is charged with overseeing and developing all operating systems and processes to ensure they are managed, maintained and optimised to deliver consistent 'best practice' business-wide outcomes having a major regard for quality measurement and improvement. This role will also develop and disseminate data analytics to support decision making nationally.
Skills and experience
This role requires a commitment to exceptional service delivery, and the drive to ensure system compliance and consistency across our three sites nationally. With previous recruitment or professional services experience, you have a passion for systems and technology and a demonstrated ability to coordinate issue resolution with all suppliers. Tertiary qualified and curious by nature, you possess proven advanced analytic skills, utilizing them to identify opportunities for improvement across systems, process and data.
Possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills, you are forward thinking with a demonstrated ability to challenge thinking and innovate.
