About the role
As National Sales Leader you will be responsible for creating and delivering the commercial strategy across our clients' key customer portfolio with a focus on growth of the channel through transformation and change management. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a national team to achieve annual sales targets and KPIs, and will effectively 'lead leaders' to achieve these results.
You are a modern thinking, customer centric sales leader that has led a large national team within the technology, digital or eCommerce sectors. You also have:
- Effectively lead a sales team through transformation in the business or industry that you work in
- A proven track record of owning and delivering a sales strategy end to end
- Significant experience working in complex environments as a sales leader
- Managed and achieved commercial revenue targets
- Proven success leading and developing sales teams
