The Australian team that directly reports to the NZ office is currently undergoing change and therefore a senior level National Sales Manager role has become available leading the customer teams and the overall sales strategy for the local market. This position will create and deliver the commercial strategy that drives the success of all channels market. Holding full P&L accountability, you will be charged with creating mutually beneficial business plans that drive growth, market share and achieve desired financial objectives. Holding a leadership role, the performance, coaching and development of the local team will be key to your success along with the ability to effectively engage and influence remote stakeholders and supporting resource.

To successfully secure this role, it essential that you have been operating in a senior capacity across national grocery customers. This is a highly autonomous position therefore you will have formidable conviction in your ability to lead critical decision making and all commercial aspects of a remote business unit.
