With a culture committed to quality, customer satisfaction and the true rewarding and support of all employees, the business is now seeking a National Sales Manager to lead a team of BDM's alongside new business development and account management.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager you will effectively lead, manage and motivate a region of BDM's to enhance the presence of the company's range of products within the foodservice channel, mainly with distributors and end users. This will involve superior execution of account activity and field sales strategies. Further, you will be responsible for the implementation of best practice processes; development & execution of business reviews; along with selection, training and development of staff.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated field management or account management experience within the FMCG industry, foodservice channel preferred. You will possess strong people management and motivation skills, along with an excellent selling and negotiating capabilities. You will thrive off working in a team environment and have a passion for getting the best out of people!
