They are privately owned and due to significant recent growth, in addition to forecasted future growth, require the services of an experienced workforce and resource planning professional in the capacity of National Scheduling Manager.
About the Role
Reporting through to the Chief Executive Officer and managing a large and geographically dispersed team of state focused Schedulers, the National Scheduling Manager is a unique role responsible for ensuring maximum utilisation of available resources to meet stringent customer requirements. In addition to the recruitment, retention, training and development of a large team spread across a number of sites nationally, you will also raise the level of sophistication around this businesses customer service, forecasting and analytics and reporting processes.
Skills & Experience
- A strong labour, workforce or resource planning skillset, gained from either the service, building / facilities management, contact centre or manufacturing industries.
- Extensive people leadership experience, including the recruitment, training and develeopment of large teams.
- An in depth understanding of business processes and the ability to identify gaps and improve processes or systems where need be.
