About the role
You will step into a newly created role as New Product Development Manager. The role will see you own the NPD process, partnering with third party manufacturers and suppliers to manage product formulation, stability, packaging development and quality testing and have ownership of the development of the innovation funnel from ideation through to launch.
You will develop project timelines and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and continuously improve internal ways of working to improve efficiency and speed to market.

Skills & Experience
Prior experience in a Product Development within FMCG / Consumer Goods, ideally with experience working within beauty, skin care, cosmetics or personal care categories
Degree qualification in Marketing or business-related discipline
Strong knowledge of New Product Development, Project Management and Third-Party Manufacturers and the stage gate process
Commercially minded and consumer centric nature with a finger on the pulse of the beauty / cosmetics / skincare space and trends both locally and globally
Knowledge working with cross-functional teams e.g., Marketing and Supply Chain
Experience in leading new product ideation based on insights and making recommendations on new products
