As the result of an internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a new OHS Manager to join the Head Office based in Epping. RepurposeIt is expanding rapidly, with four sites across Melbourne and significant capital expansion projects approved for 2022. About the Role


The OHS Manager will provide advice, training, consultation, monitoring and governance, to support stakeholders and ensure all relevant OH&S legislation, policies and procedures are implemented and effective. This role provides specialist OHS advice to all management and worker levels. Happy to be 'hands on', you'll also cover SOP & Risk assessment development and management of documentation such as inductions, audits and online safety management system.

Skills & Experience


This is an exciting and integral role within the business for future growth. Reporting to General Manager Operations, you will ideally have:

  • A strong understanding of the OHS Act and Regulations in Australia, and their application in Victoria
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organisation skills to coordinate wash plant activities.
  • Site Operations experience (Construction, Manufacturing or Resource Recovery).
  • A passion for safety, sustainability, technology and operations
  • Australian driver's licence, White Card and Cert IV in Occupational Health & Safety or relevant IBE (or the ability to obtain these)
