This cool, up and coming beverage manufacturing company has seen significant growth, and is respected as an industry leader for their specialty products. Due to recent expansion into new markets and having experienced strong demand for products through COVID-19, they are seeking an experienced Operations Admin to join their team.
About the role
As Operations Admin you will be working alongside the Operations Manager and will be responsible for supporting the team with order confirmations, processing consignments and invoicing documents. Plus, other day to day duties/tasks.
- Reporting on Sales data
- Manage invoicing, Logistics partners and accounting systems.
- Order processing through online channels
- Engage with customers over the phone, via email and through ERP System.
- Inventory control
- Managing 3PL Partners
Skills & Experience
- Customer Service experience in a Manufacturing business
- Experience dealing with major retail customers and online orders
- Skilled in Excel, Order processing and ERP Systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
