In the role of State Operations Manager you will have operational oversight of all services delivered across the ACT and surrounding areas. Specifically you will manage a team of up to 7 staff directly with a number of indirect reports to ensure that optimal service delivery is being achieved and all contractual obligations are being met and exceeded.
You will be responsible for operations of the state / projects within the ACT. The SOM maintains existing business in the manner to which they ensure service delivery and operational security are delivered without delay and or compromise. The SOM will assist clients to better understand the full potential of the services / products available and act as liaison between the client and the customer service experience. The SOM is also responsible for collaborating with different divisions / departments to improve customer service delivery programs and enhance customer satisfaction
You will ideally have extensive experience in operations leadership in an outsourced service provider setting. This role requires high level stakeholder engagement and communication skills so you will possess the ability to influence and negotiate to achieve win win outcomes. The staff are governed by the State award so you will ideally have a working knowledge of the appropriate awards and industrial agreements.
