About the role

This is a great opportunity to be involved in the growth of an exciting FMCG organisation. This role is broad and encompasses Customer Service, Logistics and Operations. Be a part of a small team and establish this exciting brand in market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport Cost Management - review and approve invoices.
  • Work cross functionally with Stakeholders. Oversee supply and inventory plans.
  • Maintaining the relationship with logistics partners, both domestic and international.
  • Drive customer service to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Order Fulfilment for major retailers in Australia.
  • Customer & Sales data entry, including sales orders, invoicing, purchase orders, stock receipting.
  • Catalogue data management
  • Dealing with production teams overseas - planning and forecasting goods.
  • Creating and Maintaining reports for internal and external use.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working as an Customer Service, Logistics Coordinator or Operations Admin role.
  • Experience working with ERP/WMS systems. AS400 / Movex
  • intermediate/advanced Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
  • A desire to be hands on across all aspects of the business
  • Experience working in a small team and
  • Ability to work autonomously when required
