Six Degrees have partnered exclusively with a global player in audio innovation and technology. To support the continued growth of the business in ANZ, there is an amazing opportunity for a Team Leader of Order Management has become available.

The role
You will work closely with the Regional Manager for Order Management and lead a team of up to 5 people based in Western Sydney. As Team Leader you will have responsibility for the day to day operation of order management across ANZ and establishing a customer centric high-performance culture in your team.

This is a diverse role from delivering on SLAs to identifying areas for improvement to reduce costs and enhance the customer experience, you will be given the autonomy to make the decisions and take the action to achieve business goals and KPIs expected of your team.

What we're looking for
We are looking for a Team Leader with 5+ years' experience in order management. You will be technically savvy with SAP, EDI & Excel and be confident you can:

* Lead a high performing team who are customer centric and results focused
* Drive continuous improvement to maximise process efficiencies & reduce costs
* Engage and influence stakeholders internally and externally
* Deliver training and support to upskill and develop their team
* Achieve KPIs & SLAs in a fast paced, high output environment
