Boasting some of the worlds most recognisable brands, our client is a key player on the global FMCG stage, with successes seeing them achieve number one or two status in almost all of the categories they play in. With a long standing history in the Australian market, they have in recent years focussed their attention on investment into further enhancing their digital presence and as such are now looking to appoint a Search Manager to lead all search activities across their current and future digital platforms.
About the Position
The key focus of this 12 month contract position is to maximize all of the company's brand portfolio's ranking performance on all paid and organic search platforms, both off-platform and on-platform. This will involve being a master of all search mechanics across Search Engine Advertising, organic search (SEO), eRetail optimisation and omni-channel customers to drive best impressions and conversion results.
Key measures will be around your ability to:
- Improve rankings and increase online reach on owned websites by driving improvement in content and technical SEO
- Monitor and optimise paid off-platform search strategy
- Monitor and optimise on-platform SEO in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Build a positive and constructive culture
This role presents an amazing opportunity for a Search expert to add value to a suite of such iconic brands. Degree qualified, you will bring a proven track record in strategic search and planning gained in either client or agency side. Your success will be determined by your ability to exercise your deep understanding of SEO and paid search, together with your ability to manage external agency partners to get the optimum outcome. You will be a collaborative team player, who enjoys operating in a busy high performance culture that fosters entrepreneurial and inquisitive thinking.
