As such, there is a need to appoint a PM Shift Manager to execute the pick and pack of orders on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the management and direction of a team of staff across inbound and outbound distribution. The company has developed robust process and operates like a well-oiled machine so your priories will be safety, ensuring the team is engaged and productive and the right through put is achieved.
The ideal person will be a people orientated and engaging leader that can promote a collaborative and safe working environment. Experience in a high-volume distribution or production environment would be ideal with exposure to eCommerce being highly advantageous.
*There is an immediate start available and the initial contract period will be for 6 months*
