To maintain and increase their fantastic manufacturing practices, they require a Process Specialist to work on the cleaning and verification aspects of the plant.
About the role
As the Process Specialist, you will ensure that the cleaning processes are sufficiently robust and reliable whilst also reviewing and analysing cleaning processes and workflows. The strategic aspect is to identify opportunities and efficiencies to improve cleaning quality while delivering more accurate and effective processes. Training and CI are also imperative in transforming the operations. Reporting into and working closely with the Production Manager, you will have direct access to the Senior leadership team
Skills & Experience
This role is key to driving best cleaning practices in a highly regulated environment and will suit a Process Engineer that possesses:
- The ability to understand a complex manufacturing environment and communications that can engage and train all members of staff
- Tertiary qualified in engineering or science-related discipline (or equivalent), such as Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Materials Science
- A positive attitude, high energy and ambition to develop your career
- A Process Improvement mindset with the ability to identify risks and rectify by using Lean principles whilst writing new SOPs.
