The organisation is in the process of rolling out an integrated online network across the school network in Victoria. The Procurement Administrator provides functional support to procurement managers, who are responsible for achieving the required outcomes. This will include complying with policies and procedures in procurement, negotiation of services agreements and managing vendor deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have a background working in a government or affiliated industry. They will have at least 2 years working in a support function within a procurement environment, experience with IT being a distinct advantage. You will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to support a team in a fast paced and busy environment.
