About the role
Reporting to the CPO, this role is responsible for the strategy development of the HR category. You will work alongside a newly established procurement function. As part of the role you will be responsible for engaging with the HR function along with the wider business stakeholders to put together a category plan that will ultimately consolidate suppliers, improve transparency and achieve cost savings.
Our client is seeking candidates with experience in the following areas
- End to end category management experience within HR
- Experience developing and executing a category plan within a greenfield procurement function
- Experience gained from large procurement functions either within corporate or not for profit
