About the role
Reporting to the Product Development and Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the successful and profitable activations of seasonal initiatives. In addition, you will work across a number of market intelligence & insights-led strategies to help improve product performance. It is also expected you foster strong relationships across functions to facilitate product availability.
It is important that this individual provides extensive product knowledge to the broader business to ensure all business goals and objectives are met.
Skills & experience
- Tertiary qualification in relevant space e.g. Marketing / Communications / Business
- Extensive experience across product, brand &/or category management
- Analytical mind and excellent computer skills (intermediate level requirement for Excel)
- Experience in project management
- Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal
- Time management and organisational skills
This role will be well suited to someone who is innovative and creative individual who can help drive accountability to the broader team. You will have a can-do attitude and hands on approach but able to work autonomously. You will have strong stakeholder, communication and time management skills and will enjoy working with creative freedom. You will be comfortable to manage tasks as well as challenge the status quo and think outside the square, driving to deliver exceptional customer experience.
