Due to ongoing growth within the Australian market, there has been an expansion of their Product team and an internal promotion. As a result there is an opportunity for 2 Product Managers to join the team.
About the role
As part of Product Management team across the accessories and power tools division, you will report into the Senior Product Manager and you will be focused on setting the product strategies within the respective categories and bulding the product roadmap for Australia. You are truly insight lead and will develop a strong understanding of the customer, market analysis ,competitive landscape and mega trends to identify opportunities to drive grwoth across the cateogry.

Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification
- Relevant product management experience in consumer, automotive, hardware or tools space
- Experience in product life cycle managment, range maintenance and NPD launch plans
- Sales forecasting in inventory planning
- Strong technical product expertise
- Insight driven, strong analytics and ROI focus
- Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management, organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
This role will be well suited to a proactive candidate with a can-do attitude and hands on approach. You will have strong stakeholder, project management and influence skills and will enjoy working collaboratively in a cross functional environment as well as with external suppliers. You will be comfortable to manage ambiguity as well as challenge the status quo and think outside the square, driving to deliver exceptional customer experience.
