About the role
Reporting to the Head of Product, this role is responsible for defining, building and delivering innovative digital solutions which will transform the way their customers engage with a range of digital products. This role will own a high-profile strategic product portfolio which is directly aligned with the enterprise's overarching strategy, and will closely work with and influence, numerous senior stakeholders across the business. You will articulate and socialise the product strategy (for both the local Australian market, as well as global Asian portfolio); solve real customer problems through technology led innovation; and create a holistic view of how these products will fit into a complex ecosystem which aligns with the business vision. Responsibilities include:
- End to end product management of domestic brands. Includes research and planning, to product design, development, delivery and measurement
- Engaging the domestic audience in collaboration with marketing, content and sales through the continuous improvement of the current product and feature set
- A lead role in the evolution of the "pay and stay" B2C service
- Champion the voice of the customer and role of product in a way that exemplifies the leadership model and culture
Skills and Experience
You are a degree qualified candidate with experience in bringing complex products to market. Beyond this, you have a proven track record in analytical problem solving and excel in using data to make strategic recommendations at the highest levels. You have experience in conducting due diligence to validate your hypotheses before taking products to market. You have strong stakeholder management skills and are at ease presenting to senior executives and quickly building rapport across your peer group to collaborate effectively. You are at ease in a people leadership capacity and thrive in your own personal growth. With strong commercial acumen, your background may come from a digitally led software / SaaS business, services, or management consulting. A background in the wagering industry is highly advantageous.
