About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, this role is focused on delivering product marketing initiatives to support a highly visible sales channel. You will be responsible for defining the market position within the context of the overall product strategy, and bringing game-changing products to market and driving adoption of it. This includes arming sales with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful; developing customer-facing materials and outlining the marketing programs required for demand generation. You will commission quantitative and qualitative market research to really understand what the customer needs and pain points are, then design the workflow to improve the customer experience. You will also work hand in hand with the Sales Enablement team to inform the strategic positioning of this product suite and translate benefits into customer-facing messaging.
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy senior marketer with experience across product marketing (ideally with a tech background). You do not have a "typically corporate" background, but are familiar with agile, fast paced and customer centric environments. With experience in product marketing activities to meet market needs, you have a wealth of examples in creating winning products to improve the customer experience, reduce friction and drive improved engagement. This role is highly visible and will need a best in class stakeholder manager to influence discussions and strategies at the highest levels across the business. You will be challenged in this role, and be expected to challenge others. Working in a fast paced environment, this business uses agile methodology and has rigour around how performance is measured on an ongoing basis.
