About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Communications and Content, this role has been newly created as part of an internal acceleration plan due to its initial performance exceeding expectations. Working closely with multiple third party providers, this role requires outstanding stakeholder management to continue to build on the strong foundation and affinity for the product with a cohort of small business owners. You will be focused on further refining the product and positioning it for sustainable growth (including market research and analytics to get a deep understanding of the customer), reviewing the customer value proposition and positioning, then leading the go to market strategy. Ultimately, you will be measured on customer uptake and engagement of this digital product suite as a key pillar in managing customer retention and loyalty.
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy marketer with experience managing customer centric digital products. You may not have a "typically corporate" background, but are familiar with agile, fast paced and customer centric environments. With experience in product marketing activities to meet market needs, you have a wealth of examples in creating winning products to improve the customer experience, reduce friction and drive improved engagement. You will thrive working directly with customers to seek their real-time feedback and also act as an escalation point. This role is highly visible and will need a best in class stakeholder manager to influence discussions and strategies at the highest levels across the business. You will also be responsible for the management of two direct reports.
