We are looking for a personable yet experienced IT Program Manager who reflects the above core values. In addition to this, you will have the ability to both zoom down to the detail yet equally, look at strategic challenges in both lenses.

Ideally, you will have a strong technical background and experience delivery enterprise sale solutions. You will also understand the value of delivering outcomes and project delivery more broadly.

The opportunity

The role will see you work on (but not limited to) the following:

  • Manage the project team's delivery outputs, achieve project milestones and proactively manage the challenges, risk and issues that arise within the project lifecycle
  • End-to-end program management, from initiation to closure and assess stakeholder needs and future business requirements to effectively optimise solutions
  • Work closely with change leaders to ensure projects are aligned and on target
  • Co-ordinate resourcing and schedule business process change
  • Ensure programs are costed accurately and deliver on or under budget
  • Drive clarity and understanding of Managers and SMEs on new methods and business process
  • Conduct post implementation reviews on solution effectiveness

About you

To be considered for this role, you will need (but not limited to) the following:

  • A highly developed IT capability, in depth business acumen, a well-developed change management capability, risk mitigation leadership and exceptional communication
  • Consulting skills with an ability to leverage business and commercial acumen
  • Able to build influential relationships with stakeholders which instils trust and confidence in the project solution and value to the business
  • Highly ethical and can operate with and drive quality awareness
  • Natural leadership ability and able to keep teams motivated
  • Demonstrable customer service and stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinker able to manage difficult situations and problem solve
