Six Degrees has been engaged by one of our key clients to recruit a Program Manager - Land & Environment. Our client is a major player in the Australian Energy market, and an integral part of the Energy Supply Chain. They're in the early development phase of a major infrastructure project, (the largest in the company's history) and this role will form part of the Major Project group, delivering on this program of work.
You'll be responsible for providing leadership and oversight on all Land & Environmental programs, strategies and policies. This is a major program of work that will interface with circa 600 land owners, government stakeholders, the energy regulator, internal major project managers and executive teams. Critical to the success of the role will be your outstanding stakeholder management experience, coupled with experience in Land & Environment strategies within major Infrastructure projects in NSW. Energy Industry experience is not essential and experience in partnering with land owners in Regional NSW would be an added advantage.
You will be tertiary qualified in an Environmental, Engineering, or Project Management discipline with excellent experience within any form of linear Major Infrastructure. On top of this you'll have demonstrated experience in major program management, policies, legislation and a very hands on approach to program delivery.
