About the Role
In this newly created role, you will sit front and centre of the action. Working across a complex and growing organization, you will use your nous to navigate through a matrix of stakeholders, across business units and geographical boundaries - with the sole focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience to one of the most critical business segments. You will be tasked with taking a holistic view of the customer to identify opportunities to deliver a more engaging experience, uncover friction points and ultimately exceed retention targets. Bringing in a fresh set of eyes, you will be thoughtful in your approach, seeking to understand the "why" and continually look for ways to further optimize and revolutionise the way they do business - all with the customer at the heart of it.
You are a degree qualified, savvy marketing manager, with a proven track record of working across complex organisations and delivering results through others. You have exceptional communication skills, are a skilled influencer and a resourceful problem solver. You value the power of true collaboration, are the antithesis to a road-blocker, and have a can-do attitude. Importantly, you are at ease in the numbers - you have experience in uncovering insights to inform strategies, have worked in an environment where propensity modelling is leveraged, and excel in delivering impactful reporting requirements to senior leadership. You may have experience as a marketing manager, insights manager, or program manager. You are nimble and curious by nature, driven and charismatic, highly commercial, and looking for an exciting and fast paced environment to showcase your ability.
