Given recent new business acquisition and growth, they now have a fantastic opportunity available in the full time and permanent capacity of Project Coordinator.
About the Role
Reporting through to the senior leadership team in this stand alone position, the Project Coordinator is a key support position responsible for the coordination of a range of internal and external stakeholders and associated administrative tasks, required for the smooth and effective flow of multiple projects. Key internal stakeholders include Consultants and Analysts and extenal stakeholders primarily being clients and vendors of a range of products and services. Administrative responsibilities will include the generations and maintenance of project plans, RFX (such as Requests for Information, Requests for Quote etc.), basic cost modelling and solutions design, and management of a range of templates used by the consultancy group.
Skills & Experience
Ideally qualified in a relevent field such as supply chain and logistics (or broader business management), the successful candidate will have a passion for supply chain and manufacturing and some foundational experience in warehousing, inventory or project administration / coordination. Key to your sucess in both this recruitment process and the role itself will be your energy, enthusiam and first class communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
