Working with one of Australia's leading suppliers to the building and construction industry these 2 project manager roles are excellent opportunities to really make an impact to this organisations growth and innovation plans for the medium to long term.
Working with a Program Manager these roles will run a variety of Greenfield and Brownfield capital works projects around NSW and Queensland. To be successful in these roles you will need experience in manufacturing and/ or Logistics capital projects (new site/ extension including build, equipment & operations) both in master planning and execution. You will also have experience with automation/ production line vendor management and demonstrated experience developing a site master plans, including the points below:
-WP Situations Analysis and/or Greenfield site specification
-Do nothing capex plan
-Project definition - process requirements, capacity and capability
-Site material and energy balances
-Key equipment budget costs, layout, manning and utility requirements
-Proposed site layout(s)
-Organisational structure current vs future
-Conversion costs current vs future
-Sustainability goal impacts
You will be expected to make the recommendations to the executives on Greenfield vs Brownfield and make vs buy solutions through business cases.
