One of Australia's most trusted construction business are looking for a junior to mid-level Project Manager to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract.

About the role

As part of this business's transformation project, you will work across freight and logistics to streamline and improve processes as they move to part centralizing their supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, objectives, resourcing, costs and milestones) to provide a consolidated view across all functions and/or workstreams.
  • Manage, review and prioritise the project work plans with the objective to deliver the scope and stay on time and on budget.
  • Track budget, benefits, timelines, issues and risks / opportunities of the project against
  • Understand project methodologies including experience in delivery of business outcomes with software and business components
  • Exposure to process mapping and optimisation and demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Understand business drivers, requirements, scope and objectives to ensure the delivery of agreed business outcomes defined in the business case
  • Work closely with the Program Manager, Project Sponsor on project progress, issues, risks and day to day

About You

  • Exposure to process mapping and optimisation and demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Able to build and maintain relationships and communicate across many different functions and organisation levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
