About the Role
As the Project Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering the end to end marketing activities for a growing portfolio of properties around Victoria. Charged with generating an ongoing healthy pipeline of enquiries into the sales process, you will implement tactics to maximise customer conversion. You will build out a systemised and scalable approach to marketing within your cohort in a fast paced, "test and learn" style environment where an innovation led culture is cherished. Engaging with a wide range of audiences (prospective homeowners, agencies, internal colleagues, and local community organisations), this role will focus on targeted acquisition. You will be the captain of key communication touchpoints with ensure that every interaction builds brand, disrupts the market and connects in a real way. You are a true storyteller at heart and develop communications to allow the audience be engaged, enticed and nurtured towards a sale.
You are a degree qualified marketing professional with 5+ years experience in strategically focused marketing roles. Although open to your industry background, experience with property, services, tourism or luxury businesses would be highly advantageous. With deep experience in launching go-to-market plans and developing new propositions, you have multi-channel experience and love utilising customer insights to drive strategic outcomes. You have a strong track record across a variety of marketing activities, including traditional advertising, local area marketing, campaigns, direct mail, events, eDM, collateral, digital content and social media. You have a track record in blending data-driven marketing with creative flair to deliver memorable customer experiences, always with an ROI front of mind. You have strong stakeholder management skills - you are at ease presenting to senior executives or the Board, as you are with engaging with an external agency, or managing a high potential team to deliver. With a healthy appetite for risk, a resourceful nature and entrepreneurial style; this role will let you flourish. Note: frequent state based travel will be required.
