About the role
As the Project Safety Engineer you will work closely with both the EHS team as well as the capital project structure to ensure company safety standards are met and consistently applied within this major capital project. The project will last several years and will involve significant construction activity, many external suppliers and contractors, and other high risk activities. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure a safe project environment, and improve safety process and procedures continuously.
We're seeking someone fitting the below:
- Engineering degree (any relevant)
- Process or manufacturing industry experience
- Exposure to safety in a project or operational environment
- Capital project experience would be advantageous
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
