They list some of the largest companies in the world as their customers, and have performed very well commercially in the market place. To support their continued growth and to best deliver for their customers, they now require a Quality Engineer.

About the role

The Quality Engineer manages and delivers improvement to quality outcomes across site. Specifically, you will investigate and resolve customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis within the plant, drive improvements to site QA systems, manage product specs, support integration and start up of any new capital plant and equipment as well as new materials and products, and implement improvements to reduce quality issues in the future.

About you

We're seeking the following:

  • Recognised and relevant engineering degree
  • Relevant industry experience - packaging, food and beverage, dairy, consumer goods, automotive
  • Experience with injection molding or plastics an advantage
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing of Six Sigma tools
  • Exposure to sites working to ISO or FSSC certifications
