The Role

Maintaining relationships with major clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Also maintaining and expanding customer base by counselling regional sales executives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. You will collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region. Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals

The Person

You will have experience as a Seles Executive or similar role with a minimum 2 years experience leading a successful team. With a proven track record of achieving your KPI`s, targets and a results driven approach. You will build constructive working relationships characterized by a high level of acceptance, cooperation, and mutual respect. Focusing on results and desired outcomes and how best to achieve them. A get the job done attitude. Being adaptable and maintaining composure in highly stressful or adverse situations. Influences others to be excited and committed to furthering the organization's objectives. Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables. You will be an effective communicator encouraging co-workers to grow and succeed through feedback, instruction, and encouragement. Coordinate ideas and resources to achieve goals.
