AS a result of an internal move, there is now a Regional Sales Management opportunity in VIC.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Field Sales , this is a key management role where you will effectively lead, manage and motivate a region of a field sales manager and their field based territory managers to enhance the presence of the company's range of products within the off premise division across Victoria and Tasmania. This will involve superior execution of account activity, marketing programs and field sales strategies. Further, you will be responsible for the implementation of best practice processes; development & execution of business reviews; along with selection, training and development of staff.

Skills & experience

Tertiary qualified with experience in FMCG leadership and customer management, you a high level of passion for people & motivation skills, along with excellent selling and negotiation ability. Critical to this role is an exceptional level of commercial and financial acumen, and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders of varying levels to implement and activate state based initiatives. You will thrive off working in a team environment and have a passion for getting the best out of people!
