Leading a team of National Account & Business Development Managers, and personally servicing the biggest blue chips, this critical role is reponsible for driving strategic growth and commercial results by partnering with key distributors and investing heavily in the relationships with end-users.

Working closely with key internal stakeholders, you will bring a high degree of commercial leadership in terms of CRM sophistication and data-led decision making to drive performance whilst demonstrating a high degree of proficiency across national account planning & execution, client retention & margin improvement, joint business planning with distributors, contract negotiation and pricing and feel comfortable with complex, multi-layered decision making through tender processes with mutiple stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you will be a highly polished sales leader from a blue chip Tier 1 business having managed major complex national customers and led a team of National Key Accounts and / or National Business Development Managers - ideally through a distribution channel to blue chip end users. Your commercial acumen needs to be top notch and have an ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity whilst inspiring & developing high performance across your team by leading from the front and supporting as required with hands-on coaching and mentoring.
