About the role

The Reliability Engineer is responsible for driving maintenance and engineering activities across the plant and reports directly into the Plant Manager. Utilizing your experience from your mechanical engineering background, you will be able to conduct root cause analysis to establish where processes can be improved and where preventative maintenance is needed. Project work experience is a must and having the commercial acumen to run Capex initiatives.

Skills & Experiences

Your track record of driving improvement within this space is a must, but also your exposure to the following aspects of the operations environment:

  • Ability to build strong business partnerships both outside, and within the organization - in particular the production/operations team
  • Experience in the Food and Beverage or FMCG space
  • Running Capex projects on budget and in time
  • Commissioning and decommissioning of capital equipment
  • Advance Excel skills and exposure to SAP
