An exciting opportunity now exists within the Marketing team for a Retail Activation Manager. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications, the incumbent is responsible for providing end to end process for the delivery of all in store promotional and marketing campaigns to support sustainable profit growth of merchandise sales and market share.

  • Manage category marketing and promotional campaigns in line with budget and financial targets
  • Produce all in-store collateral including digital assets to the agreed schedule and at a cost effective price
  • Manage the production, allocation and distribution of POS and other necessary store signage as and when required
  • Deliver planning forecasts for all promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate the POS logistics with external suppliers within required time-frames
  • Compose and present all monthly promotional meetings and maintain regular team communication
  • Create and manage a central project management plan and continually refine processes to improve team productivity
  • Manage the VM guides including creation of content and in-store execution


  • Exceptional time management and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, in a fast paced and complex retail environment
  • Previous experience in retail or shopper based marketing with proven success in activating marketing planes within a retail or FMCG business
  • Experience in working with and managing multiple supplier relationships
  • Degree level qualification in marketing & sales is advantageous
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively to drive business initiatives
  • Previous experience in project management is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated understanding of the path to purchase for all products and categories
