About the role
Reporting into the Head of Product, the Brand Activation Manager will own the trade marketing plan to ensure a superior customer experience for their market leading brand across the APAC region.
With a healthy innovation pipeline, the role will be responsible for delivering over 300 NPD launches per year, creating unique and innovate retail activations whilst collaborating with the brand and digital marketing teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage in store experience for their market leading brand
- Collaborate with brand and digital teams to plan all instore programs in line with the broader brand and business objectives
- Project manage the execution of all instore activations
- Conduct 360° review and analysis, reporting on ROI of BTL marketing initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will be a customer centric and creative marketeer, not afraid to push the boundaries in constantly developing new and unique, innovative ideas. You will have prior trade marketing experience, ideally within FMCG or Consumer Goods industries, with a strong understanding of the retail landscape. You will enjoy working in a fast paced, high performing environment whilst collaborating with cross functional teams.
