As a result of continued growth and investment from the business globally, there is now an opportunity for a Retail Operations Manager to join the team managing their number 1 account in Australia, JB HIFI!
About the role
Reporting to the National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for bring the brand to life in JB HIFI, which will involve in-store activation and execute product initiatives. Working directly with the retailer, you will be instrumental in driving a unique in-store experience, which will see you leverage the wider business to drive strategic account plans and trade marketing projects. You will also take the lead to uncover consumer trends, delivering market intelligence insights to provide recommendations on the best growth agenda.
You will be the retail architect who creates and executes the vision of an optimal customer experience in store, where you'll manage all elements of retail including relationships with JB HiFi, the internal team and associated 3PL partners.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience in either account management, trade marketing or activations from within the FMCG, consumer goods or retail industry. Degree qualified, you will have ideally had experience within category management, involving planograms and project management, accompanied with strong commercial acumen with an understanding of how to drive retail excellence.
