About the role

As the SHEQ coordinator, you will be the senior figure with all thing's safety and quality whilst being part of the senior leadership team. Reporting into the site manager, your responsibilities will be too ensure that quality parameters are met, that the site continues to operate in a safe manner and that documentation is kept to a high standard. You will need to liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, including governing bodies and AQIS.

Skills & Experiences

This role is imperative to maintaining quality standards throughout their manufacturing process and your experience and skill set will include the following:

  • Working knowledge of HACCP principles policies and regulations, in manufacturing environment
  • Thorough knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation, with ability to interpret and understand acts, regulations, case and common law
  • An agricultural background and AQIS experience is beneficial
  • Impeccable communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
