About the role

Reporting to the National Business Manager, the Sales Coordinator will work across the Metcash / Independents and Food Service accounts to manage administration, trading terms and claims via Promax and Excel for reporting and reconcilliation. You will also be responsible for managing price files to ensure details are relevant and up to date

Skills & experience

  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Strong technical profiency with Excel including vlookups and pivot tables
  • Experience working within a similar Sales Administration / Sales Support / Sales Coordinator / Claims Administrator role within the FMCG or Retail space is ideal
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


The successful candidate will pride themselves on strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work within a fast paced environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders. You will be process oriented and systematic in your approach with good problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
