About the role
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing director , you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team as well as the wider business in the coordination of key account activity, reporting,order processing and customer service. Other key responsibilities include:
- Support the key account managers on customer needs, including ordering, reporting and analytics
- Sales support and Analysis - running sales reports and assist with sales planning
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with warehouse on workflow and logistics
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as either a sales administrator/coordinator, customer service specialist or general administrator from within the retail, FMCG or consumer goods industry. This business would suit someone who thrives on working in a team environment, where no day is the same!
