About the role
Reporting into Category and with a dotted line to the Sales team, this role is instrumental in coordinating and executing sales administrative duties across all products and all channels. Working with National Account Managers, you will take the lead on order processing, promotional / product tracking and stock reporting and management. In addition to this, you will work with the National Field Manager to ensure the Australian field team have the tools and information to activate and execute product initiatives in store.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as either a Sales Coordinator / Administrator, Account Coordinator or Customer Service Coordinator from within the FMCG / consumer industry. You will possess exceptional communication skills and have a high level of attention to detail, and a passion for working in a team environment. Strong Microsoft skills will see you succeed in this role, with Dynamics/365 advantageous (not a deal breaker).
