This global consumer goods business prides itself on providing premium branded products to a range of consumers throughout the pharmacy and retail channel. Headquartered in the UK but with their Australian head office in Melbourne, their local team prides itself on their customer focused approach to product development and channel relationships. Now, as a result of growth, there is a newly created opportunity available in their sales team.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team as well as the wider business in the coordination of key account activity, reporting, product tracking and customer service. Other key responsibilities include:
- Support the key account managers on customer needs, including ordering, reporting and analytics
- Maintain price lists and data accuracy
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with warehouse on workflow and logistics
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as either a sales administrator/coordinator, customer service specialist or general administrator from within the retail, FMCG or consumer goods industry. Critical to this role is experience with SAP and excel, accompanied with outstanding communication and multi-tasking skills. This business would suit someone who thrives on working in a team environment, where no day is the same!
