About the Role
This role has been newly created as part of an acceleration growth plan. As a hybrid role, you will be a jack-of-all-trades, leveraging your breadth of sales and marketing experience across geographical, cultural and product boundaries. You will spearhead the launch into brand new markets from go to woah, you'll work with early adopter customers to further improve their experience and you will continue to redefine the value proposition and then deliver go-to-market strategies. You will cultivate and nurture business relationships, and will always be on the hunt for the next opportunity - whether that be in new sectors and markets, chasing down partnerships or sourcing and managing grant applications.
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy senior marketer with experience across software sales (ideally within healthcare). To be successful in this role, you must have a true passion for all things tech - you are a fast learner and can dive into the nitty gritty as much as you can take a "big picture" view. You do not have a "typically corporate" background, but are familiar with agile, fast paced and customer centric yet ambiguous environments. With experience in tech marketing, you have a wealth of examples in creating winning products to improve the customer experience, reduce friction and drive improved engagement. You will also be customer facing, and take a pivotal role in delivering new sales growth. This role is highly visible and will need a best in class stakeholder manager to influence discussions and strategies at the highest levels. You will be challenged in this role, and be expected to challenge others.
