With reputable brands and products already in the retail and speciality market across the world, they are looking to continue their market dominance as a result of strategic growth plans driven by their International Sales Director.
About the role
Reporting to the International Sales Director based in the UK, this role will be responsible for setting up sales & operations across the Australian market. By leveraging their global history, you will be tasked with driving new and existing business objectives throughout the pet retail (Pet Barn etc) and speciality channels, whilst also developing robust commercial plans for new product initiatives and local team growth. Working collaboratively with the global office, you will be responsible for managing all national forecasting, reporting and new business proposals.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated national account management, national sales management or national operations management from within an FMCG or consumer environment, ideally within a small to medium growing company. You will possess exceptional commercial acumen and have the ability to work both collaboratively with global counterparts as well as independently as the business makes their Australian impact.
**Pet / Animal experience will be advantageous but not a deal breaker**
