About the role

As Sales Administrator you will be supporting the Sales and Marketing team with queries, database management and order forms. Plus, other day to day duties/tasks as stated below.


  • Resolving of questions and issues
  • Point of contact for customers
  • Reporting on Sales data
  • Supporting Order processing
  • Update and maintain product information on website
  • Support tradeshows and showroom maintenance
  • Data Entry

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role is ideal
  • Highly skilled in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience in Photoshop is highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation
