As Sales Director for the Aus and NZ markets, you will be responsible for the leadership of a tiered team across grocery, mass, speciality, B2B and exports channels to market. A highly experienced coach and motivator, you will drive performance to achieve sales and company targets through effective customer engagement and innovative channel development. Operating to company profitability measures, your role will be all encompassing including external and internal business planning, complex category management, organisational development, talent attraction and retention management as well key input to the regional strategic development and planning.
The candidate profile most suited to this role is currently a National Business or Sales Manager with multi channel experience looking to step into a Sales Director position. As this is a global business you may be a commercial head in a smaller organisation however it is essential you bring the discipline and process practise of a larger business infrastructure. Success in team leadership has driven your development to date and you thrive in a highly diverse and fast paced atmosphere. Experience in FMCG / Consumer goods imperative.
