Our client is a market leading coffee roasting business operating not only in Australia but globally. Recently the business has been through substantial change and they are looking forward to a bright future, where culture, customer and capability are their focus.

The business is attracting high calibre candidates who are looking for the chance to work with a business how are implementing the change they need to be a success. This role will be responsible for the Australian business and reporting the CEO.

About the role

This role is multi-faceted role involving extensive market activation and business planning, direct customer engagement, relationship development, team organisational design, recruitment and leadership.

Based in either Sydney or Brisbane you will responsible for the entire Australian sales business, focusing on channel development, resource planning and delivery of the commercial number for the Australian business. You will be leading teams Nationally therefore an agility to manage teams in different states is essential.

Skills and experience required

To successfully secure this role you will bring extensive experience in managing sales teams and full commercial ownership. You may focused commercial sales role currently, but you want the chance to really lead change in a business.

You have led large and complex teams with a tier one environment and have demonstrated success in driving performance in dynamic and high growth environments. You are open to the travel requirements of a national role and able to operate independently in highly autonomous and fast paced environment.
