About the role
Reporting to the National Business Manager, the Sales Executive will work three days across Food Service accounts to manage administration, trading terms and claims via Promax and Excel for reporting and reconciliation. You will also be responsible for managing price files to ensure details are relevant and up to date. The role can be flexible with longer or shorter days and will require 1x day per week in the office with the rest work from home.
Skills & experience
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Strong technical proficiency with Excel including vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience working within a similar Sales Administration / Sales Support / Sales Coordinator / Claims Administrator role within the FMCG or Retail space is ideal
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
The successful candidate will pride themselves on strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work within a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders. You will be process oriented and systematic in your approach with good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
