About the role

We are looking for a strong individual to provide and deliver strategic sales projects, build existing relationships as well as acquire new business. Working closely with internal sales team and the wider business. You will inspire and contribute to the development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new business opportunities through inbound lead follow ups, outbound calls and e-mail
  • Working closely with internal sales team to identify missed opportunities
  • Customer relationship management for new business
  • Working autonomously when required to ensure maximisation of results
  • Delivering strategic projects
  • Identify new markets and products for the development of new business
  • Assisting the sales team with general day to day operations
  • Providing general support to the team as and when required

Skills and experience

  • 3 - 5 years' experience within a sales environment
  • Excellent at all forms of collaboration & communication including presentation & writing skills
  • Strategic mind set with excellent analytical skills
  • Both creative & commercial, they should be used to delivering strategic projects
  • Familiar with general computer use including Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook
  • Highly collaborative & used to developing relationships
  • This role will constantly strive for excellence and push to exceed client expectations
  • Curious, highly strategic thinker with gravitas that can inspire a team
