Through solid growth, we now have an Inside Sales Respresentative to join our growing sales team.
About the role
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible in forging solid relationships with new and existing customers across NSW, focusing on selling our coffee machinery to market. We are interested in candidates that enjoy building relationships with all types of people - whether it be inbound, outbound or face to face selling.
You will be a hunter that will add value to our clients around our product, upcoming product development, and product education.
- Advise, consult and influence customers through your effective communication skills.
- Manage our inbound and outbound inquiries and any selling transactions
- Provide advice, product specifications, product origin and additional information to secure business.
Ideally, you will come from a coffee background, as either a previous barista or a current coffee Business Development Manager but we would look at any candidate with the right drive, passion and motivation.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent drive, passion and motivation in building relationships.
- Background in coffee or understanding machinery is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills.
